About / Meet your coach
Dr. Abir Alameddine
Dr. Abir Alameddine is a former CFO & COO with 20 years in the C-suite, having stepped into those roles at 26. She has sat in the rooms where decisions about the next seat are made, and she knows capability is rarely the deciding factor. She previously taught leadership as an MBA Adjunct Professor at Kettering University and served as a Senior Trainer in the UCLA Extension Global Train the Trainer Program. Today, she coaches high-achieving women to lead with visibility, strategy and authority instead of silent over-delivery.
